On demand performed all the work as promised.: mowing, edging, clearing away the grass from sidewalks and driveway. The only reason for a slightly lower rating for customer service was that he had promised to come on Friday, and didn't notify me that he he couldn't make it until after I texted him., when he said he would be there the next day.. I was pleased with the work done.

With my experience with contractors, I was happy they showed up. The grass was done really well and cleaned up nicely. There was some accidental damage to our gate but they took full responsibility and I appreciate the honesty. This was the first time we used On-Demand and I expect they will do the same great job next time and every time.

After the first mow, never showed on the day he would specify, no call/no show on the fourth scheduled visit, mowed over a flower bed, rude when I asked about his no call/no show. It was too problematic for a lawn service. Found someone else more reliable.
