The drain was cleared and he found a break at the wye that needed to be addressed. He used a different device to plant a flag for the pipeline repair people to fix the problem. I negotiated the cost with the fellow that came out to estimate the job after doing the excavation to the pipe myself. The flagged point was exactly where the break was. The prices was reasonable and I had them do the job. We arranged for the team to come out in late afternoon and I got a call that they could be there even earlier. Back in business and very thankful."

"Paul didn't blink at removing the old septic tank; whereas, others we spoke with wanted to put a new tank in next to the existing tank.  Paul came in with his guys on the days he said they would be there and cleaned up each day.  The work looks neat and well done. There was no damage to curbing from the heavy equipment and minor turf repairs were completed. All access points to the system are neatly set at grade.  The only thing that could have gone better was proactive communication around things like when we could use water and when we couldn't, not a big deal in the end.  Pricing was competitive.  Paul was present and involved in the job and they completed the work in 2 days, which was the bottom end of his estimated time."

"I hired Westbrook enterprise when my septic system was found to be too old and broken down to be usable. It was already a difficult period in my life, so I was thankful for the straight forward approach. When they installed the system they also removed several abandoned cars that where left of the property prior to me taking it over. Several other people had offered to take the cars but none did. While they were here I also contracted with them to fix my gravel driveway. My driveway was completed yesterday and is a 100% improvement from the driveway I had before. Overall the experience was a positive one. I found that they used quality materials. 1) have them handle the testing and design portion of the process. 2) the testing and design process takes a while to complete. 3) this work is weather contingent. Wet whether will delay the contraction time line. 4) this type of work requires digging in the ground. This may result in some uneven ground during construction, and settling that occurs after construction. They said they would be back in spring to fix any settling that may have occurred over the winter."
