"The owner, Jim, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He is willing to answer all questions and work with you on any issue. His team arrives on time and works very hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Roof replacement can be very messy but his team cleans up the place really well. The materials he uses are high quality and the house looks fantastic. From the road you can tell the roof was done by professionals. What a difference! His price is fair (we got numerous bids) and the quality is exceptional so we were quick to recommend him to other family members."

"My wife and I found out about Cherry Roofing and Siding from our son-in-law Mike Clyburn who is a job planner for Cherry. He set up the visit with the sales rep and ordered the materials for the job. We were visited by the sales rep Mike Schmidt. He inspected the current roof and estimated the work to be done. The roof on the house and the garage were to be replaced (20 square) along with downspout work on the garage. He spent a lot of time explaining the techniques, materials, and timing to complete the job. The crew headed by Mike Kane came the day of the job. They were efficient, their work top notch and left the jobsite as clean as they found it. All the work was completed as expected in one day. The gutter and downspout work were completed in about 1 hour the next day. I have included 2 pics of the finished job. We had a vision and Justin nailed it out of the park, even with some adds on. His entire team has a great eye for detail and really wants to make sure you’re happy. "Never never buy from these thieves! We bought 8 windows to be replaced on the 12th of March 2025. The 17th of May they came to install. They didn't replace our windows. They inserted smaller windows into the old window frames(less light in the house). So now we have old cracked visible window frames. Silicone seals were not replaced. And the double hung windows can only open a third of the height, not half way up."

"We sadly signed up for a free estimate. Jon came on 8/16 and we were told by Jon a few times all we had to do was call in within 3 days and get our deposit back. I asked twice and my husband asked once he said "all we have to do is call and we will get our $100 back" Clearly not true. I called on the 3rd day 8/19 and spoke with a lady, i thought her name was gabby, but apparently they lied giving me that name she doesnt work there. I have no idea what her name was sadly I did not record the call. Was told my papers weren't put in it was no issue, my check would be mailed on Monday the next business day. Well a week later I get a call from financing stating they need signatures. Confused I was like we canceled and you all were supposedly mailing my check. Well low and behold apparently you can't cancel over the phone. So Jon lied multiple times and "gabby" lied when I called in. They cashed out check and our free estimate cost us $100. I was told the VP would call us back on 8/26. He finally called us on 8/29. We missed the call but called right back. Have tried calling today 8/30. When I called to cancel the service it was within my time period! Of course now it's out. Lesson learned! Don't trust them! When I called on 8/19 at 3:24pm the call lasted under 2 minutes, which it was very quick. Told them I needed to cancel an epoxy job, transferred me to some girl, I told her jon said all I had to do was call. she said up and went on about the papers not being filed yet and since it was friday and late the check wouldn't be mailed till monday. Never again."

"We had an excellent experience working with GJP Developers and are happy to recommend them. Gary gave us great advice about what could be done within our budget and offered suggestions that truly added to the quality of the outcome for the space we were working with. His staff have a superior work ethic and Gary checked in on site often to be sure the project was moving forward and consistently kept us up to date on the progress of the renovation. When we asked for some changes to the original plan he was courteous and patient in providing us with what we needed. We were really surprised at how quickly the renovation progressed and how the quality of work was maintained along the way. We highly recommend GJP Developers and would have no hesitation hiring them again for other home remodeling we are considering."

"I called Munz on a Thursday morning to get an estimate. I had an appointment for the next afternoon. Connor Baptiste was my salesman and was very professional. He explained everything and took his time doing it. We had a deal a couple hours later. The dumpster arrived as soon as my materials came in. The day they started I met Billy Atkinson the project manager. Billy walked me thru everything on every morning. He’s a great employee! The roofers came first and did a great job. Very clean job!! The next day the siding came and my house looked unrecognizable by the time they were finished. The last day the gutters were installed and they look great. We now have the gutter guards so we will never need to be on roofs cleaning gutters again. Billy came on the last day of our project and we are really impressed with how great our house looks and the great customer service. Thank you everyone!!"
