Steve, the contractor, diligently kept in contact every step of the way until the insurance claim and homeowner's association approvals were settled (1 Year). He not only arrived with 5 men, he arrived fully equipped with a permit and dumpster. The dumpster was picked up early Saturday morning. The invoice arrived with the agreed amount and the following week, gladly paid the bill. Thrilled! Perfect job! End of Story!
"Of course Ray's Contracting LLC is sorry to hear that any homeowner is unhappy with the professional performance and courtesy provided by our company. We attempt to do everything we can to alleviate any and all concerns that the homeowners may have. In regards to (removed member name) review: On every estimate that is provided by Ray's Contracting there is a "total estimate" price. Under that total estimate price is a "notes" section. In that section it states that plywood will be replaced at an additional cost. Plywood replacement cannot be determined until the roofing materials have been removed and the plywood inspected for damage or rotting. Then the plywood needing replacement is done so on a per sheet basis and the price of the per sheet basis is provided in the notes section of the estimate. Fire plywood is also replaced on a per sheet basis according to the township's specifications and that price is provided in the notes section as well. This notes section was on (removed member name) estimate, along with every estimate provided by our company. All job-related debris was cleaned up from the job-site."
