After about 1/2 hr. resprayed the roof again - North side. Waited and then washed it down again. The exterior walls and shrubs were all rinsed off several times.
Roof looks like new again, WHITE instead of dark grey.
Would definitely recommend this group of dedicated workers to everyone.
He was very honest about removing all of the stain,because we could not use a power washer due to the amount of
windows in the enclosure. It had to be done by hand.
Mike called to confirm the day and time. His employee was prompt and went over the area many times to get as much
of the stain as possible. Mike arrived to inspect the job and to make sure we were happy.
I would recommend him and we will use him in the future.
