Also, we had an ice storm recently and Andy was able to save my favorite 60' Pine tree. Branches were freezing and dropping to the ground. They did a procedure called "re-balancing" and actually weighted the tree in specific areas until it could take hold - and it is surviving as well. His pricing is spot on as well.
