If you need our services at 2pm in the afternoon or even 1 am in the morning, no worries! We have a 24 hour emergency service that will respond promptly. Strobert Tree Services, Inc. has all up to date and maintained equipment such as Bucket Trucks, Chippers, Stump Grinder, Spider Lift, and our very own 60 Ton Crane! In addition to all of Strobert's state-of-the-art-equipment that is utilized on a daily basis we are a "Green" company. Strobert is the tri-state area's leader in bio-mass recycling! "We apologize for the experience you received from Strobert. Our estimator had mentioned that we may have been able to perform the work before the end of September. We did not commit to any specific date, nor were we made aware that your tree was a potential hazard on your property. On September 24th, you called our scheduling department to determine when the work would be done. Our department indicated that the work could have been completed by Friday, 9/27. However, you had a significant amount of work being done at your house that needed to be completed first. On September 25th, you had emailed our estimator indicating that you had not heard from our office, but in fact you had contacted us. We apologize for any confusion, but it appears that a lot is going on at your property, and the communication may have broken down in the mix."
