I do a good job at a fair price, am qualified for both Peoples Gas and Columbia Gas and fully insured. As a small owner operator business I can be flexible on scheduling as these types of problems tend to be emergencies. I contacted TruPlumbing and Tom was dispatched for the job... he contacted me to set up a time and date for the service call and also gave me a quote and the option to buy my own parts for the job, telling me what was needed, Tom arrived on time and had both jobs completed in a few hours; he was very professional, covered his shoes so as not to track dirt into the house, and explained what all he had done.
