His exceptional service, reliability, and expertise have left a lasting impression on me. From the very beginning, Joe proved himself to be a true professional. He promptly responded to my initial inquiry and provided clear and concise explanations regarding the installation process and potential plumbing issues that may arise. His knowledge and attention to detail instilled confidence in me. When Joe arrived at my place, he came fully prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment. Second time we hire Joe is during Christmas last year, When the pipe burst incident occurred, the timing couldn’t have been worse. It was Christmas day, and panic quickly set in as water flooded our place. In this dire situation, Joe was an absolute lifesaver. Despite it being a holiday, he arrived on time, fully equipped and ready to tackle the emergency. And the price je asked for this emergency visit is reasonable. Throughout the process, Joe's professionalism and work ethic were evident. He was respectful of my property, taking care to minimize any disruptions. Furthermore, Joe's friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience pleasant. He was courteous and patient, never hesitating to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. "Very well. Not only installed new 200 amp electric service box, but also added feeder box for new lines for kitchen appliance needs as well as new spotlights for driveway. Also checked electric to lightpoles in pool area and front yard. Additionally, there was an issue with the stove not working the next morning. I called him, and Joe came right up to check. Joe replaced the breaker that eas not working correctly. Based on level of service and quality, I would definitely recommend Espinoza to anyone."

"he did a decent job, but the spindles were installed with nails and only one nail in each support, should have used deck screws ( two each for better support, nails will come loose after a couple years, had to redo spindles by adding decking screws on all spindles"

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

The most effective natural roach repellent is Borax with its key ingredient of boric acid and diatomaceous earth. But some homeowners may not feel like these are “natural” enough, especially since you can’t use Borax around curious pets or toddlers.

On the other hand, studies have shown that oregano oil mixtures have some of the best repellent effects, and other research indicates that catnip oil, peppermint oil, and citrus oils have notable effects on keeping roaches away. Rosemary oil has been shown to be the most effective natural oil for killing cockroaches outright.

It takes a few weeks to get rid of roaches in the kitchen for a small infestation, as the cockroaches will need to take the bait back to their nest to infect the others. For larger infestation, you may need to schedule multiple professional treatments, which could take several weeks or up to 6 months to get rid of the roaches fully.

Brown recluse spiders are most active at night. As the name “recluse” suggests, they prefer the dark, which is when they hunt small insects and other spiders. Regarding the time of year, brown recluses are more likely to be seen during warmer months, typically between March and October.

Hornets are attracted to bright colors that look like flowers, including purple, pink, white, green, and yellow. They are least attracted to dark colors, such as blue and black.

Like many pests, fleas hide in dark, sheltered areas, including in the bed. They will seek out crevices in a mattress, so they have easy access to their hosts (you and your pets) as well as somewhere that is warm and hidden. You may also find fleas hiding in carpeting and other furniture.
