"Mr. Toye was a real lifesaver. He showed up right when he said and he was easy to contact about scheduling and other questions. I needed some weird problems solved at the house I just bought and everything was expertly done! Dan's rate was very fair and I already have plans for him to do more work soon!"

Small jobs welcome

"James is a wonderful handyman. He does anything we ask him to do -- he is a trustworthy guy. He does things that we can't do anymore. He is always here the same day to complete the work. Very respectable. I can't say enough about someone like him, and he has an excellent company. Very competent. He knows what he is doing, and he can do everything. I have recommended him to many groups of people."

"I highly recommend Kleinbauer Mechanical for your heating and plumbing needs. They responded quickly and sent a wonderful young man Chris who was able to get my furnace up and running on a very cold Sunday. Chris was so helpful, took time to explain why the furnace shut down and showed me the issues that need to be addressed. I was so happy with the service I booked an appointment with Chris for future work before he left."

"I would like to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with Joe, the plumber who recently helped me with the installation of a water heater and other plumbing issues. His exceptional service, reliability, and expertise have left a lasting impression on me. From the very beginning, Joe proved himself to be a true professional. He promptly responded to my initial inquiry and provided clear and concise explanations regarding the installation process and potential plumbing issues that may arise. His knowledge and attention to detail instilled confidence in me. When Joe arrived at my place, he came fully prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment. His punctuality was commendable, and he wasted no time in assessing the situation. Throughout the installation process, he displayed a high level of skill and expertise, ensuring that every step was executed flawlessly. Not only was Joe proficient in his work, but he also showcased exceptional problem-solving skills. When unforeseen challenges arose during the installation, Joe tackled them with confidence and ingenuity. His ability to think on his feet and find effective solutions was truly impressive. Second time we hire Joe is during Christmas last year, When the pipe burst incident occurred, the timing couldn’t have been worse. It was Christmas day, and panic quickly set in as water flooded our place. In this dire situation, Joe was an absolute lifesaver. Despite it being a holiday, he arrived on time, fully equipped and ready to tackle the emergency. And the price je asked for this emergency visit is reasonable. Throughout the process, Joe's professionalism and work ethic were evident. He was respectful of my property, taking care to minimize any disruptions. Furthermore, Joe's friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience pleasant. He was courteous and patient, never hesitating to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. Joe proved himself to be a dependable plumber who excels in resolving various plumbing issue. His professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer service are qualities that make him stand out in the industry. If you are in need of a skilled plumber who will go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results, I wholeheartedly recommend Joe. His dedication and reliability have earned my trust, and I will certainly be seeking his assistance for any future plumbing needs. "I purchased all the necessary materials myself. All they had to do was install. I was charged $75 $68 with the 5% off coupon) for less than 1/2 hours worth of work. That translates to $150 an hour ($142.5o with a 5% discount). I like PPHI, but that price for a simple install (which I could have done myself or had my neighbor do for free), I feel is very overpriced."

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

Wasps are aggressive to protect their nests. Although they are deemed aggressive, they only act that way when they feel their nests are threatened. They can also act aggressive when there is a lack of food available. Most wasps will leave you alone if you stay clear of their nests.

To determine if you have a rat or mouse infestation, look for several key differences. The most obvious is the size of the rodent: rats are significantly larger with thicker bodies, while mice are much smaller and more slender. You can also identify them by their droppings; rat droppings are larger and rounder, about the size of a raisin, while mouse droppings are smaller, like a grain of rice, and often have pointed ends. Other signs include the sounds they make, as rats produce louder scratching and gnawing noises due to their size. Behaviorally, rats tend to be more cautious, whereas mice are more curious and might be seen more often. Additionally, rat nests are typically larger than those of mice. If you are unable to see the pest or find clear evidence, a professional inspection can provide a definitive identification.

To keep animals out, you must prevent them from entering. As long as they can get in, the problem will persist. That said, consider making your attic less inviting using deterrents like motion-activated lights or ultrasonic devices. Additionally, keeping a well-maintained, clean, and uncluttered attic that you regularly inspect for activity may make the space less attractive to critters.

Once your pest control pro removes moths from your home, you can prevent a recurring infestation by taking a few simple steps. Keep moths from coming indoors by covering up any cracks in the exterior of your home and by keeping windows and doors closed. You could also regularly treat your home with a store-bought or DIY moth repellent. t4, set up a service contract with a professional to regularly sweep for moths and other pests.

Consumer-brand foggers or bug bombs are considered safe overall. Still, it's essential to read the instructions carefully as the vacating time varies depending on the type of bug bomb you use. Most of the time, it's advised that all humans and pets are out of the area for at least two to four hours after initiating the fogger process. It's also a good idea to vent the space by cracking open some windows for several hours after you're back inside.
