"PT Mechanical answered call in no time. Part went bad in furnace in the extreme cold weather. Came right over and had part sent overnight. Came the next morning and had heater running. Great experience. Will be calling again."

"Very well. Not only installed new 200 amp electric service box, but also added feeder box for new lines for kitchen appliance needs as well as new spotlights for driveway. Also checked electric to lightpoles in pool area and front yard. Additionally, there was an issue with the stove not working the next morning. I called him, and Joe came right up to check. Joe replaced the breaker that eas not working correctly. Based on level of service and quality, I would definitely recommend Espinoza to anyone."

"he did a decent job, but the spindles were installed with nails and only one nail in each support, should have used deck screws ( two each for better support, nails will come loose after a couple years, had to redo spindles by adding decking screws on all spindles"
