"The product is pretty good but does get clogged after time. They offer a no clog lifetime warranty but they don't stand behind it. I informed them that one of the Leaffilter panels was not allowing water to flow through it anymore. They wouldn't even look at it until I agreed to pay them ~$100. When I asked them about the warranty they said the clog was my fault. They changed the reasoning a number of times from, non warranty debris to failure to clean, to improper roof design. I argued with them for a number of weeks before they would replace the clogged screen in the Leaffilter panel. The demanded payment. I told them I would pay but would also file a complaint with the BBB. That same day the conversation got much nicer from their side and they waved the fee..... I highly recommend staying away from this company."
