"THis was the best company I ever hired! I used to Stanley Steemer and it took 3 days to dry, when I used Christy's Carpet it was dry in a few hours. I was only going to do a couple of the room, he showed me every room had dirt before he shampooed. I can't believe how clean they got my carpets. I called him on Monday and my carpets were cleaned on Wednesday! The man's name was Ed, he was very personable and friendly. If there are possible permanent stains in your carpet or furniture, our technicians will point them out to you and alert you of the problem as well. Of course we will do everything in our power to try to get the stains out but not all stains are removable, it depends on a lot of factors. Just like some stains you may have on one of your shirts or dresses, in all cases, our technician will do everything in his power to clean your home. We guarantee our service only on spots and or stains that we remove during cleaning (one week guaranteed), providing that you honor our technicians' recommendations on what needs to be done on your carpets, e.g. if you need deep cleaning and our technicians recommend it and you don't want to do it and just want us to steam clean your carpets, we will be happy to steam clean your carpets, however we cannot guarantee anything.

"We were moving from NYC to a home in Pa. We were closing on the house on a Friday and moving in the following Monday so we didn't have a lot of time. We wanted the house cleaned, from top to bottom, as well as having the carpets cleaned. They were badly stained and we were hoping we could get them clean enough to use for a month or so, just time enough to have new carpet installed. After closing, once we arrived at the house, we found out that the water had been turned off and we thought we would have to reschedule the cleaning crew until the following Monday. No such thing. Ed and his crew came in on Saturday and brought their own water. They did a great job, especially on the carpets. They were badly stained and Ed made them look very good. We can actually use these carpets until next year when we will replace them, so Ed gave us some breathing room. To this day, I have not met Ed personally. All of our business has been conducted by email and text. I plan to meet him soon as there are other things for which I would like to hire Ed."
