"Josh and crew provided exceptional service. He is very dependable. He’s prompt, courteous, and a true professional. He pays attention to detail and the quality of work is top notch. He takes pride in his work and makes sure it is done right. He goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. He arrives on time, completes the job better than you imagined, and leaves the property looking better than when he arrived. I would highly recommend."
"Cullen and his team were great! Ripped out the exsisting lawn, brought in new topsoil and graded it, spread new grass seed, and covered it with mushroom compost. His team also cut new edging and mulched all the flower beds. Grass is coming in very nicely and we couldn't be happier with the result. Cullen and his team are excellent workers and would recommended to anyone needing landscaping services."
"I screwed up the pavers in our rather large outdoor patio when I tried using Sakrete as grout. Turns out it was a bad idea as the pavers absorbed the Sakrete and the “grout” dried very unevenly. TJ and his crew ground down the excess / dried grout and then used a special / very fine grout that spread and dried evenly. The pavers and the patio now looks like new! These guys did great work and I can’t thank them enough (they even fixed a cracked sprinkler pipe while they were there - they saved the day!). I highly recommend TJ for any of your remodeling needs - trust me, you won’t be disappointed!"
"Please don't confuse these guys with B&M paving. I made a mistake and called to complain about B&M and ended up having a great convo with the owner of P&M and gave them a job happily. P&M = GREAT. B&M = Just awful"
"Rick and his team were punctual, professional, delivered great customer service, and took the time necessary to make sure every detail of the property was correct and looking it's finest."
"The employees at JDS Services were absolutely fantastic. Those guys went over and above to insure my complete satisfaction. Anyone looking to have any landscapping work done should definitely call JDS Services. Thanks guys for a job well done."
"Worked with owner Mike from the beginning...very professional and friendly...gave me a pretty decent price for the paving of my driveway and adding an extension...did all he said his crew would do and I was very pleased with the job done."
Interlocking pavers offer a number of advantages over regular pavers. For instance, they’re more durable, more resistant to shifting, and easier to repair. There are also permeable options that allow for drainage. However, interlocking pavers are more often more expensive than regular pavers and are prone to growing weeds over time.
Cobblestone driveways can take a major hit on anyone's bank account, begging the question of whether it's worth it to build a cobblestone driveway. Some homeowners might prefer more affordable driveway materials like concrete or pavers, which can give a similar appearance to cobblestone without the high price tag.
Paving your driveway costs between $2,500 and $6,600, to put that in perspective. But for others, there’s nothing quite like the timeless look of cobblestone driveways.
The recommended minimum amount for a paver base is 4 inches. From there, it depends on the kind of traffic the pavers will see and the current soil conditions. Two inches of paver base won’t create the amount of stability and support that pavers need to remain securely in place over time.
Driveway pavers are often worth the cost. Paver types like cobblestone, brick, and concrete are highly durable, and permeable paver options can be tremendously eco-friendly. While you may pay more for a paver driveway, you’ll see great returns from the increased curb appeal and low maintenance compared to other types of driveways.
It is possible to DIY complete hardscaping projects, but in most cases, hiring a professional is best to get the job done correctly. Hardscaping—including installing patios, decks, retaining walls, walkways, and water features—is challenging and time-consuming, so the money you spend on a professional is typically worth it. Not only will the quality be better, but you could avoid problems that come along with a lack of hardscaping experience, like drainage issues that can lead to costly foundation damage and leaks in your home.
