He came within a reasonable time frame to bid this smallish project and took the time to explain what was causing our yard to be soggy and exactly what needed done to fix the problem. Since this was a smaller project he was able to squeeze this in relatively quickly. We had no issues with work performed as you couldn’t barely tell where he ran the drain pipe as he peeled and relaid the sod back into place. The best way to stop your pavers from sinking is to ensure you've properly compacted the base layers. Use your paver compactor and work over the base layer several times to create the hardest possible base. If the soil and sand of your base are compact, you’ll experience less shifting and sinking.
