"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. "Stay as far away from Wayflower as you possibly can (we used them because of a broker, which is another HUGE mistake). From start to finish, Wayflower is unprofessional, unethical, lazy, and an absolute disaster. As shady a mover as we have ever experienced. They demanded cash after loading all our goods on their truck. But they refused to provide a bill of lading. Instead, they had my wife sign a blank BOL, then provided a fraudulent, filled out BOL the next day. No box counts. No bar codes. No knowing if all of our stuff was even on the truck. Upon arrival, they demanded the other half of payment in cash before they would unload anything. And demanded it with only half the load on premise. When they opened the trucks, the majority of boxes ( and plastic bins) were crushed or broken or both. No care at all for our belongings. The two-man crew, neither of whom spoke English, refused to reassemble furniture (despite the contract) and even tried to pretend to do so. The our one be"

"Do not trust this company. I paid the deposit after receiving an estimate, then heard nothing until I emailed repeatedly. A move date was finally set for noon?4 pm, later changed to 1?5 pm. At 4:30, I was told they were ?at least an hour away.? I rescheduled for the next day, initially quoted 1?3 pm, but was told late that night they?d arrive 7:30?8:30 am. I waited?no one showed. Updates kept changing: first ?35 minutes away,? then ?before noon,? then ?2:45 pm.? After two days off work and eight hours of driving, with constant broken promises, I no longer trusted them with my belongings. I requested a refund and deposit return. They agreed, then twice called back trying to offer a discount instead. On the third call, which I recorded, they again promised a full refund. It?s now been nearly a week?no refund, no response, nothing but silence. Completely unprofessional and unreliable."

"PFM is a brokerage company. Quoted me 2k. When actual movers came they said they would have to charge me more right away. Said they would have to load truck to measure. Charged me another 2k. Said they would store my items in warehouse and charge me storage fees and sue me. Upon delivery they said truck as to big and charged me 500 for smaller truck plus 2k. Said I couldn't pay with CC at that point and had to be zelle. I protested but was told they would leave with my items and put in storage charge me 300-500. Then I noticed items were damaged. My 2k lazyboy had a hole and tear. The insurance company offered me 60 dollars for chair. I was negotiating with ibar from PFM. He offered me 3000 dollars to remove negative review. Then stopped communicating. I took the insurance offer. Said I wanted check. Months later I was informed PFM had my check. Told me they could zelle me money. Told them I didn't use zelle. Was told i must not really want money and hung up on me. "

"My 3 sons went above and beyond when moving my dad from his home to an apartment. They were extremely supportive and kind with my father. I would highly recommend them. From the first call to when the finished the move. They were very professional and very hard working and they were extremely knowledgeable about moving things ~ everything was moved no issues. "I am not sure there?s enough space here to file a complaint accurately. The company did not live up to the terms of their contract. They delivered our items late. The items were picked up on July 22 and not delivered to us until September 6 was a great deal of damage to our items we were told to file a claim for those damages with a company called CSI . After doing so CSI told us they were no longer affiliated with swift and had closed our claim. We have tried through email and phone call to find out who to file the claim with now and swift does not return our calls or emails. We had heirloom pieces that were destroyed Several other large items that were damaged significantly and now we are left with no recourse at all don?t use this company. Additionally the quote we were given initially was not accurate, in fact I was $6900 move doubled in price. The move was conducted from George to New Mexico."
