John always takes care to put covers on his shoes/boots when he enters the house.  He showed up in the time frame we discussed.  I've used him in the past and if his job backs up, he's been very conscientious to call and give me an update.  He replaced the faucets and cleaned up.  He looks at the job and tells me what he's going to charge before he starts.  I've used John in the past and he's guaranteed his work.

I was experiencing a sewage back-up into my basement. Another plumbing company wasn't able to clear the lateral sewer line and their video wasn't clear enough to determine the cause of the blockage. The other company told me it was likely a collapsed lateral sewer line and that the only solution was to dig it up and replace it.
I first asked John to provide an estimate for digging up and replacing the lateral sewer line. He gave a rough estimate only because he wasn't able to accurately determine the condition of the line without a clear video.
I then hired him to attempt to clear the lateral sewer line again. He showed up promptly when scheduled and began running his machine through the sewer line. He was able to quickly clear the line when the other company couldn't. He made sure that there was good flow through the line before pulling out the snake.
He then brought in his sewer line video camera which provided a very clear picture of the condition of the pipe. He even ran the camera through several different drains in the basement to record the condition of all sewer pipe sections. He was able to determine that I have a problem with root intrusion outside the house and made suggestions for ways to minimize the impact.
I will definitely call John again for any major plumbing problems I have. He's the plumber that you can trust.

We moved into a new home and found that the water heater was not working. John fit us intto his schedule the very next day! He was very professional and thorough! We plan to continue using him for all our future plumbing needs!

First off, John came after a long day on another job. Other places would have cancelled. If he says he will be there, he will be there. He replaced the pipe that was damaged and did a quality job. Very good to deal with. I would definitely recommend this plumber.

The plumber was accommodating to coming out on such a short notice... THANK YOU! A service date was agreed upon and we were on our way to getting our new dishwasher usable.. He arrived on the service date, on-time and ready to work. He quickly assessed the situation and got to work. It only took a short amount of time and some and quot;elbow greaseand quot; to remove the dated old plumbing connection under the kitchen sink and installed the new appropriate fitting immediately. He was also very helpful in educating me on the fitting and how it was being installed. Payment was accepted and he departed within a 1 hour time of arrival. Very efficient and would definitely be calling back in the future as needs arise.

He has always been honest about diagnosing problems, making suggesting and confirming what we DON'T need to do and what is absolutely necessary. When we had emergency with our shower he was at our home within 3 hours. He is always prompt, courteous and incredibly meticulous.
