All went well. Workers were friendly and professional. Work took about 1.5 hours. Carpets look very clean; many spots have disappeared or appear less noticeable.

Felt everything went excellent. They moved all my furniture and cleaned. Everything put back where it went. When they left the room was in perfect order. Placed plastic coasters underneath all the furniture to protect the carpet from the wood. Next time I have to clean my carpet I would definitely use them again! They were very careful with everything.

This didn't really work out for me. The carpets didn't come as clean as I expected them to. Even before they left, there were spots and soiled areas that just weren't really clean. I was very disappointed in the whole transaction. I didn't call them or complain or anything, but I just won't use them again. That's all there is to it.

My original appointment was for January 9, 2015 at 9am after they were already running late, they called to say that they could not make it as the gentleman's daughter was sick. I am now noticing that there are areas that look like they were not even cleaned.

"Hi [name removed], I would first like to apologize for having to reschedule your appointment from Friday 1/9/15 to Monday 1/12/15. My technicians daughter was sick at home with the flu, and being that he is a single dad, we unfortunately had to reschedule, so he could stay home with his 11 year old daughter. I'm also sorry that you were not pleased with the service. As per my follow up call, I offered to have the technicians back out (at no charge to you) to re-clean any areas of concern and to see if we could make any improvement, but you refused. It is obviously your decision as to whether or not you would afford us the opportunity to correct any mistakes, and I was hoping I could send the technicians back out to you, but unfortunately we did not have that option, so with that being said, I appreciate the opportunity to have done this work for you and I am sorry we were unable to meet your expectations. It is our goal to ensure that our customers are satisfied, hence the reason the follow up call was made, but unfortunately, I have realized after 21 plus years in this industry that not everyone can be pleased, no matter how hard you try, and for that, I am truly sorry. You are welcome to contact me directly at 412-262-2234 with any questions or if you would like to have any areas recleaned. Really liked the results. Men were professional, on time etc. Really liked that the process they used dried within hours. Liked that it did not fade rug (had previously a bad experience with other company) I did ask the rep on initial contact to also add sanitation (forget actual name of process) but that was not on order and was not done) Next time suggest verify all processes when workers call to confirm time

We had a small "emergency" upon returning from vacation...Our ducts were filthy & the dust finally let loose. The condo was black! The counters, the walls, everything. I knew the carpets needed cleaned, so I called Airport Chem Dry right away (as I have used them before & like them). The communication with them was great! They were able to come to my home (somewhat) last minute & finish the last phase of cleanup, the carpet. They sent a 2-man team & the guys were in & out in a reasonable amount of time. Carpet was dry by the end of the day & looked great. I am very happy with Airport Chem Dry & the guys they sent to our home. Very Professional.
