"This company customer service skills and communication are horrid. I had no problem scheduling an appt for someone to sell me on their business but they day the work was to be done, I had to call them 5x for ETA checks on their techs. They were supposed to arrive between 9-9:30am and did not arrive until 1:15pm. Each time I called about the tech ETA, I was told by the receptionist that they would check and call me right back, they never did. The 5th time the receptionist said the supervisor of the techs said they were dispatched to my location early that morning, but he does not know where they are or why they did not show up. The receptionist called back later to say the techs should arrive by 12pm but they did not arrive until 1:15pm. When the techs arrived, I found that their supervisor told them to do a job prior to coming to my location. I was supposed to receive a lifetime warranty for the work done and after 4 calls I still have not received it. Poor customer service."

"My parents have an in-ground pool and over the years new homes were built behind their house. The new houses changed how the rain runoff comes through their backyard. It actually caused mud to pour into the pool TWICE and costs $3000 each time to empty,clean,and refill the pool. I called multiple landscape/drainage pros for estimates and either they quoted a ridiculously high price or never called back. I found Tom on Angi and he came and looked right away. His quote was very reasonable and he didn’t seem too worried about it. He and his team showed up when they said they would and knocked the project out in 2 days! ( I work construction and thought it would be at least double the time.) They excavated the dirt around the edge of the pool and added a deep layer of river rock plus created a vertical paver wall to ensure the water wouldn’t get in the pool. They also used the removed dirt to create a berm in the backyard to further redirect water. They covered the berm in wildflower seed and straw. Overall, everybody is ecstatic with how they fixed our problem. 100% professional quality. His guys worked non stop and they cleaned up after the job was done.
