"Jason came out to my house and gave me a quote on the spot and we booked the date. I did everything I had to to prepare and get ready for the work then the day of the job he told me another job was booked ahead of mine- I booked this 6 weeks in advance?and the crew would be here at noon. He came over at 1:45 to see how things were going, there was no one here. He kept acting like he was calling people but they were in a dead zone with no service- long story short- nothing happened, glad I never gave him any money. But a colossal waste of my time and the job I wanted still isn?t done."

Was able to fit us into schedule earlier then we thought so we are able to enjoy our patio for the for the remainder of the summer. They are a hard working family even in the 100 degree heat we had . "Overall Jarren is a professional and I would recommend his work. But... I did have one major issue. The 2000 square ft, 8-in thick, concrete slab was poured on clean bluestone, 24" deep. He did not vibrate or compact the stone before pouring the concrete. I know because I was there watching them install. It was made very clear that it was very important to do that. We talked about it on several occasions and it must be done. I had asked him to do that and he said he would do that but he did not do that. I followed up with him on email about the issue but he has not yet responded. This was not a major expense to do, so I'm not clear why he would cut a corner on this part of the project that's so very important to do. Perhaps it was just an oversight?"

"My parents have an in-ground pool and over the years new homes were built behind their house. The new houses changed how the rain runoff comes through their backyard. It actually caused mud to pour into the pool TWICE and costs $3000 each time to empty,clean,and refill the pool. I called multiple landscape/drainage pros for estimates and either they quoted a ridiculously high price or never called back. I found Tom on Angi and he came and looked right away. His quote was very reasonable and he didn’t seem too worried about it. He and his team showed up when they said they would and knocked the project out in 2 days! ( I work construction and thought it would be at least double the time.) They excavated the dirt around the edge of the pool and added a deep layer of river rock plus created a vertical paver wall to ensure the water wouldn’t get in the pool. They also used the removed dirt to create a berm in the backyard to further redirect water. They covered the berm in wildflower seed and straw. Overall, everybody is ecstatic with how they fixed our problem. 100% professional quality. His guys worked non stop and they cleaned up after the job was done. I highly recommend using Tom and his team."
