"Tom did our property last year….the entire property, from tearing up a poorly done yard by Kay Builders and completely replacing with it new sod, to building us a wonderful stone patio with lighted block seating walls. They also provided all the landscaping, putting dozens of trees and bushes, replaced a poorly done sidewalk and made a new one out of the same stone from our patio. "John and his crew were professional answered all my questions and explained it fully. They were careful of my ceramic tile that was put down less than a year ago. When taking out the old wall they dealt with rows of glass bottles, door hinges and chisels and let us know that these obstacles took extra time.. While working on the foundation they had to deal with alot of rain. My front yard was a mess from the machinery. When they were finished they leveled out the track marks, the only thing I need to do is add grass seed"

"They went above and beyond what I expected to see from a contractor.  Fantastic to work with.  Electrical was top-notch, and precision measured.  2nd project:  I had 4 other contractors bid.  I turned one away immediately, and the next three didn't seem to understand building codes.  They engineered the roof in a way which I only needed one post, as apposed to 3 or 4 posts like the other guys bid.  They were able to tie this beam into the existing structure and make it supported."
