"I called them to come out because when oil heater went on it filled the house with fumes. I was impressed that they came out so quickly. It went down hill from there. I paid 188 dollars for nothing getting fixed. I was told they needed to come back and finish the job. I called to have them come back but was told I would need to join their Gold Shield membership for them to come out and clean it. I said I really don’t want to join I just want them to complete the job. Again I was told you need to join that’s how we do it. So now I know why they didn’t finish the job. So I am out 188 dollars for nothing accomplished. Oh I wrote to them twice and never got a reply Dissatisfied customer"

"It was Tuesday afternoon at 4:35 pm when I realized I had run out of heating oil for my home. I called the office, and within 22 minutes (possibly quicker), the fuel delivery truck was at my home. That impressed me so much I wanted to share my experience with you. On top of this experience, I have been pleased with the service, guidance, and maintenance of my home heating and air conditioning since I moved in 6 years ago. The technicians have all been courteous and friendly, along with providing excellent care for my home and its equipment. I recommend Walton for all your heating and air conditioning needs, 365 days a year, and just about 24/7. They are top-notch!"

"If I could rate this company at zero stars, I would, but one star is the minimum. This is probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with, very poor workmanship and even worse customer service. Our hot water heater went last year in February and we had no time to shop around so we called the number on our old tank without any research. We had a new water heater installed last year which cost us $2700. You’d think for that much money it would have been installed correctly. (I get it, we’re human, we make mistakes) but they told us our hot water would be working within an hour, by the next day, we still had no hot water and they had to come back out to fix their incorrect install, mind you, they had an attitude the whole time that they were out to fix their mistake. We went with another company this year for a regular flush and maintenance, and the other company pointed out how the expansion tank was installed incorrectly. The expansion tank is full, which it shouldn’t be, and they installed it without any support, so if the copper pipe breaks, our entire basement floods and we’re responsible for someone else’s mistake. You can see where the copper pipe is bending from the weight. When we called to j halligan and sons, the guy had an attitude over the phone about why we were getting it flushed and maintenanced in the first place. Come to find out they don’t have any insurance or warranty on their installation/work so they won’t come back and fix their mistake. Do NOT go with this company unless you feel like dealing with a headache."
