Brian Jackson and Scott Collom removed and replaced the heater within a couple of hours. My concerns with the airducts were checked and taken care of. Over the years, all of the employees have been very friendly, informative, and completed maintenance on our heater and air conditioner. H&H has a high degree of professionalism and knowledge. Thank you Emily for coordinating the work that was done.

Call and get appointment at same day. Technician Pan property call and text 40 minuses ahead time as I requested. put shoe cover on and very professional replaced thermostat with Honeywell pro 6 thermostat. and he also make sure it is work properly and then left. whole process was finished in 40 minuses. only surprised me is cost. The thermostat self cost $59 at homedept. Pan charge me $355.. add on service fee $100 which I agreed when I called office and with pan offered $49 coupon. I paid total $ 405 for thermostat replacement . This is my first time to call this kind service. Maybe it is standard charge nowadays?

It went very well. James was very professional. He looked at the AC in the attic, then the condenser in the backyard and then the thermostat. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.

I put some requests out on Angie's List, and Joe responded in minutes. He listened carefully and made a few suggestions that turned out to be right. The guy spent 20 minutes on the phone with me on a Saturday and solved my problem for free! This kind of integrity is rare, and you can be sure H&H is the first company I call when I have an HVAC problem.

The line was thoroughly cleaned out so that the water runs through and I haven’t had any issues since. Will look to replace the old furnace in the future as suggested.

Joe Hoke (co-owner) called me the morning after my review was posted to understand more about our experience. He sent out one of his best technicians to solve our issue. Steve came out today to install a new upgraded thermostat, which has our sytem working the way it was intended. Steve was very professional and explained things inside and out. Very patient, thorough, and triple tested the system to ensure it was working correctly. Joe was in touch throughout the process to understand the concerns expressed in our prior review and was determined to make sure we were statisfied. He worked to compensate us for our troubles and restore faith in his company. Joe put himself in his clients shoes and did what needed to be done to right the situation. Were looking forward to working with H&H in the future.

Joe from H&H called very quickly the morning after I submitted a request on Angie's List. Although it's a busy time (people just starting to turn on our heaters) and H&H's evening hours were booked, Joe said he could accommodate my work schedule with an early morning appointment. I got a call that afternoon to pin down a time, and by 8:00 the next morning, my heater had a new blower capacitor and (at my request) a tune-up. The technician, Pan, called on his way to the house, arrived right on time, was very knowledgeable and professional, and completed the work within the time he estimated. I was so impressed by this company's customer focus that I asked about a spring tune-up for my A/C, and ended up with a nice discount for signing up for their Healthy Home program. The final price included the capacitor replacement (parts/labor) and tune-up, a spring A/C tune-up, 24-hr appointments, and a discount on repairs. So glad I received this recommendation from Angie's List!

They were the nicest crew! 2 gentlemen installed. They were courteous and good at their job. Since installation we use H&H yearly for our tune up and each time the tech has been on time, calling when they are on their way. Put on protective booties when entering my home. I have ALWAYS felt comfortable with their techs. Exremely happy with the service we receive each and every time!!

The service tech diagnosed the problem with an old part within minutes. Instead of paying for just the parts & labor, the tech suggested we enroll in their protection plan, which ended up being cheaper and we'd got a furnace cleaning at no additional cost. Great service & professionalism. Would recommend and use again.

We had a great experience with H&H. We had to call them when our Air Condition stopped working on a 90+ degree day. They came out same day and got the unit running. They also provided us option on making sure it would not happen again. We decided to replace the entire system. Cost was less than I expected, but the service was exceptional. We are moving soon and will be using them again. Thanks to the entire H&H team.

When our old thermostat died on us, H & H came out and gave us options on how to go about replacing it. After talking with them about those options, their recommendation was the option we took...and we couldn't be happier. We have all electric appliances in our house, and have replaced all of them over the years, and never seen a change in our monthly electric bill...until we installed this new control system! It has made a huge difference in our electric bill. It is now literally 40% lower than it was when we moved into our house in 2002.
