Took the time to talk through options and help me understand benefits of certain systems. Advised me to get the cheaper option in the end because he said it was what he would have gotten. Some people try to upsell even if it is an unneeded expense.

This one experience did not go as well. I called a month or so earlier to schedule a heater cleaning, and the man on the phone took down my information to call me back later. I never got a call back. Then, a month or so later I got a bill in the mail for the services that never occurred. I called to clear that up, and no one was there, although they called the house back later and spoke to my wife. she explained the issue, apologized, and offered to do the services on a discount since they were in error. We agreed, the services ended up being performed, and I have continued to use them for oil fill ups. This appears to have been a one time issue.
