Took the time to talk through options and help me understand benefits of certain systems. Advised me to get the cheaper option in the end because he said it was what he would have gotten. Some people try to upsell even if it is an unneeded expense.

I called Blaze Oil for an oil tank fill up. Since I had used them before, they knew who I was based on name, and put my on the schedule for "this week". They ended up arriving the next day, tank was filled, bill in the door. Online payment was easy, and I appreciate the early payment discount they offer.

This one experience did not go as well. I called a month or so earlier to schedule a heater cleaning, and the man on the phone took down my information to call me back later. I never got a call back. Then, a month or so later I got a bill in the mail for the services that never occurred. I called to clear that up, and no one was there, although they called the house back later and spoke to my wife. she explained the issue, apologized, and offered to do the services on a discount since they were in error. We agreed, the services ended up being performed, and I have continued to use them for oil fill ups. This appears to have been a one time issue.

My call was returned promptly and a delivery was scheduled.  They were able to provide quick delivery and have very competitive prices.

Very pleased with the oil delivery we had.  First time using Blaze, but will use them again.  Pricing is very competitive.

The representative I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful. He explained my service options and told me they would be out the next day to fill my oil tank after I decided on a one-time fill. My wife was home that next day and said they were professional and fast, showing up around 3:30 PM. They also came in and checked my tank gauge for free, which I thought was acting up.
I would recommend Blaze Oil, the prices seemed fair, they have a nice website with online payment options, are kind and professional.
