Excellent from beginning to end. Lenore in the office is extremely responsive and pleasant. Kevin came to my home both times and did an excellent job on both installs. Absolutely great to work with. They were by far the best priced on the new furnace. I could not recommend them more, great local business. Cost listed is for both items.

Fantastic. From Lenore in the front office handling scheduling and sending out estimates, to the staff that performed the work, they were easy to work with, great at communication, and never tried to sell me more than I needed. They came out two years after the furnace was installed (after warranty expired) to address an issue when the furnace would not kick on, and showed me what could have caused it and charged me nothing. It has worked great through a very cold winter this year. I can't say enough about how great they are at communication, and follow through, especially Lenore.

We priced 3 companies before we chose Haggerty. Before our decision, Bill answered many questions so that we could get what we wanted. He tried to save us money from the start and his price was considerably less. He was practical- no frills. Job was well done and clean.

For 10 years our heater would periodically blow soot into our home and we have had many heater people look at it to no resolution. Finally, Bill, a sasoned professional installed a flume and now it works perfectly. No more soot to clean up and I am very thankful for his quick response and finally fixing the problem.

The entire process from getting an appointment to getting the job done went quite smooth. Steve was very good with making sure the damaged wire was replaced and the new wire was secured properly to avoide future damage. He was quick to diagnose correctly that the fuse inside the basement unit had blown and then replaced it along with the wire within an hour. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Came out promptly to give and estimate. Was prompt about removing the unit and reconnecting the unit several weeks later. Both Mr. Haggerty and his employee were pleasant and professional and answered all my questions.

I received a call from the office checking if I was ready for the repair person at about 7:50am. He arrived within ten minutes ready to go to work. (Put on shoe covers before entering the house)
I appraised him of the problems and asked if he needed anything. He declined and went to work. First he assessed the leak and quickly found and repaired the PVC pipe after showing me the problem and put the siding and trim back into place. Then he assessed the air conditioning unit and found it in good working order. He gave me several tips on how to keep it running as efficiently as possible. Then he cleaned up and was ready to go.
