Luke Stanch and his team came out to my home to clean my gutters. I was immediately impressed with the equipment used. It was apparent that my gutters were just mot being cleared of leaves, but they actually cleaned the gutters and downspouts with pressurized water. The also installed devices to help prevent my downspouts from clogging in the future, Seeing the extent of the work I inquired about pressure washing my back patio and pool patio. They immediately got to work. My back patio is an older patio paver design. Grass, weeds, and moss were growing between the cracks. All were expertly removed. They then returned a few days later to reinsert polymer sand into the grooves. My patio now looks brand new. Luke is a great guy. He is local and does amazing work. rarely does a company deliver on price, performance, and convenience/timing. I had estimates from several other companies and this was 1/3 to half less expensive compared to almost everyone else. In terms of timing it could not have been easier to schedule them coming out. Finally (probably the most important) was performance which far exceeded what I thought was possible in terms of cleaning and outcome. Truly excellent service, also has been used by several of my neighbors who all report similarly positive experiences.

Luke came out to give me a price for pressure washing my house, driveway , pacers and deck. He was almost half the price of competitors. The best part is the job looks amazing and Not a single spot was missed. Keep up the great work SPS!

Best ever. Large driveway about 20' by 200'. Excellent job, excellent price, one email, job done, email invoice, one check. Easy, fast and effortless on my part. The driveway serves two homes that are rental properties. The long term tenants rave about the job Luke does every time. Thanks Luke.

The provider did an excellent job! He responded to my inquiry immediately and was able to perform the service the same day! The house looked amazing upon completion. Luke took the time to walk me around the house explaining how and what he did. I was very pleased with his service and the final look of the house!

Luke did a great job. He did entire house, shed, and all concrete (patios, driveway, and sidewalks). The house came out good and concrete came out better. Luke was on time and delivered what he promised. I would definitely recommend.

I used Stanch's Property Services to clean the exterior of my house yesterday. I had noticed the siding was getting black marks in higher areas and it didn't look nice. He was able to come and do the work within a couple days (sooner if not for cold weather). He did a wonderful job and went above and beyond, the exterior of the house even smelled clean! He not only pressure washed it, but used detergent to really get it clean. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to clean the exterior of your home.

Luke came out and gave a very reasonable price. He cleaned the entire house top to bottom. The one side of my house that was entirely green with mold and algae looked brand new when he was complete. Weeks later house is still clean and shiny. Will definitely hire again and refer in the future.
