"Bill and his son worked conscientiously to point badly deteriorated brick mortar joints in the wall, from an old roof drainage problem around the chimney. They matched the existing surrounding mortar joints very well, in color and style. The most difficult part of the job was restoring rubble stone joints at the base of the chimney; the joints were so deteriorated, they had to build it back in two stages - results look good."

Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"Overall, I'm satisfied with the service, quality, and price. I had scheduled the driveway and concrete work over a month ahead of time. Unfortunately, due to an abundance of rain, TMC was backed up in their work and needed to complete the job several weeks after the approximate date they originally communicated. I didn't have a problem with this, but I would prefer that they sent me an email or gave a phone call to let me know rather than me having to call them to find out why there was a delay. After that point, communication improved and I was given advanced notice of the exact date of work. The work was completed quickly and I am very satisfied with the look of the new driveway and concrete. I'm also satisfied with the quality of the grading that was done to minimize puddling on the driveway (a major reason I had the driveway replaced in the first place). Unfortunately, the work crew forgot to put up caution tape after the job was done as we agreed to, but they were apologetic and offered to come back later that day to do it. The price of the service was competitive with other quotations that I had received for the work."

Pierce and his team were an outstanding resource for renovation of what appeared to be a hopeless mess of weeds and stumps in the front of our home; resulting from overgrown shrubs and so-called "dwarf" evergreens removed previously. Shallis Landscaping & Design is not the cheapest but his prices are very reasonable for the thoughtfulness of design and the quality of their work."

"In preparation we moved everything in the basement away from the walls like they asked, although some of the shelves that I built could not be moved more than ~24 inches away from one of the walls. The next day the crew of three came over promptly at 8 AM. I told the crew leader about the shelves and he said that the space may be sufficient depending on the how far the footer underneath came in from the walls (as it turned out it was fine). They also moved the heavy concrete utility sink out of the way without damaging it. They crew hung plastic to partition the untouched sections of the basement and the rest of the house. I was told that the job was to take two days and it did. They cleaned up as best they could--vacuuming the stairs and didn't leave any debris or trash inside or out, although there was a light coating of dust on the everything in the basement which I expected. When they finished they walked me though the basement and everything looked great so I was glad to pay them as agreed in the contract. I am very pleased with the job, although I was slightly dissatisfied with the concrete pored over the drain because it wasn't always level with the existing floor and wasn't totally troweled smooth (I ended up floating the sections of the patch myself to level and get a better finish). Overall I think those are minor criticisms it was was a more than satisfactory experience."

"Met with Joe to express our needs and brainstormed different options and decided on an approach that was best for the existing layout. Joe is a great communicator throughout our entire experience, updating progress and arrival times, etc. The working crew did an all around awesome job from demolition of deteriorating walkway, driveway and porch to the laying the new areas. They were dry pleasant and personable to speak with. What was most impressive was the pride of their work and attention to details. When the driveway and side walk were poured, they took time to neatly backfill the edges with little spade shovels and level everything out. Their cleanup was impeccable to the point you would not have known they were even here. At the end of the project, they roped off the area to keep people off and dry properly to the point they will have to return to retrieve the poles and such.
