At times, it is difficult to get a response from a contractor. Not only was Bansaz Construction responsive, but I also received an estimate the same day they visited to assess the project. Once the materials were in stock, the job (retaining wall) was completed in a timely manner. As some of the other reviews indicate, the team is neat, courteous, professional and clean up the job site daily. I am looking forward to have Bansaz Construction perform another retaining wall project for me in Spring 2021.

Excellent work on my chimney re-pointing project. Provided timely estimate, scheduled the work quickly and executed the project exactly as they said they would.

Same day response on my request for a quote, explained everything needed in detail, did a great job, and cleaned up work area after each days work.

Among the three estimates I received, Bansaz was the only one who made an in person visit prior to quoting. Work was done completely, on schedule, and all trash was hauled away. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Bill and his son worked conscientiously to point badly deteriorated brick mortar joints in the wall, from an old roof drainage problem around the chimney. They matched the existing surrounding mortar joints very well, in color and style. The most difficult part of the job was restoring rubble stone joints at the base of the chimney; the joints were so deteriorated, they had to build it back in two stages - results look good.

Builders responded rapidly to come to house to provide estimate which seamed fair and indeed was within just a few dollars estimated by the insurance company who was also involved since damage the result of a storm. Came and did work 2 days after estimate submitted with quality work and service in timely matter which was essential as the damaged stone wall was a retaining wall and not just ornamental so worried about possible rapid erosion around the downed part of the wall if left too long before repair completed,

Bill was exceptionally responsive, and the quality of work and care were great. Bansaz Construction was referred to me by my neighbor. After I called them, Bill called me back quickly and scheduled a next-day appointment for estimate. He showed up on time and discussed with me in details about the work needed to be done. By the end of the day, he provided me with the quote. And he came over again the next day to complete all the work. Excellent communication and always on time. I would highly recommend them.

Bansaz Construction did a super re pointing of our entire chimney on the exterior of our home. They spent three days preparing the stone work with air chisels removing the old mortar joints. They spent four days re pointing the stone in an exact match to the rest of the 1853 stone work A new large stainless steel chimney cap was installed The top of the chimney was treated wit a water proofing material. I called to have a repair completed on a veneer stone wall, we had a stone that had fallen off, Bill arrived promptly and that night i received the quote via email, he had a team member arrived as scheduled to complete the work. The job took a surprise turn as it revealed that the damage was much greater than expected due to water damage that has rotten the wall, insulation and had mold. I instantly panicked, Bill sat with me and gave me options to replace the 276 ft wall , brought me samples, and quoted me different options, My one day repair turned into a 3 week complete front of the house rehab due to the discovery that my house was my tyvek wrapped by builders my windows were never sealed or flashed properly. I was very nervous with such a large project to face, Bill answered all my text messages promptly took the time to answer my calls and explained every step of the process. arrived on time each day, and cleaned up each evening. I was completely satisfied with the after look , I had new windows, new veneer stone wall, new siding, new headers and new shutters installed. His son and other worker were great team to have .

Good communication via Melissa. Bill came out promptly and described the problem, which dated from original installation in 1970s. Fast estimate turnaround and quick scheduling (February). He communicated very well, including a short delay on the start date and when they will be completed. He finished earlier than expected. The work area was neat and cleaned up every day. It was evident how precise he takes his craft and taught his crew along the way. It was a very labor intensive job and he charged a fair price. I'm impressed with his work. Super responsive, came out within hours of first contact to give me an estimate to fix a roof leak around the chimney. The work was done by the end of the week. It looks good outside, and bone dry inside, so I'm very happy.
