Safe roof access was established, and the crew used ropes and harnesses to navigate the multiple roof pitches, dormers, on the house and external garage for removal and installation. The Perfect Roof team performed a thorough evaluation of our roof condition once the old roof was removed, and we were given the opportunity to also assess for damage. We observed slight damage that agreed with the Perfect Roof crew, and they proactively planned to repair the damaged areas. This amounted to a few sheets of underlayment that needed to be replaced, and there was no extra cost. After spending some time observing the shingle installation process, it was apparent that the crew performs like a high functioning team: well defined roles, helping each other, trust working together, and everyone contributing.
