Kitchen Remodel
The project began mid-Sept 2024 and was never fully completed, even though it stretched into 2025. We worked with a designer on detailed plans, but the workers ignored them and followed only photos, causing major mistakes and rework. For example, they missed the pot filler in the coffee bar plans and had to reopen the wall for plumbing. Poor planning also left us with a smaller bathroom than before, despite our request for a larger one. They repeatedly ordered the wrong items and acted as if we wouldn?t notice when trying to install them. We had to inspect their painting because they left unfinished areas and paint runs. The ceiling fan was never installed?we had to do it ourselves. The project manager, who promised oversight, was rarely present. Combined with repeated errors and overcharging, it was a frustrating experience. Too many issues to list. I do not recommend this company.

The job was done in a timely manner. Everyone was great to work with in the front end with design and very accommodating with special request, However, the finish work lacked the quality I expected. We had a new shower installed with glass surround. I was away on business when they did the final inspection and my wife doesn?t quite have an eye for detail like i do. She did catch that the built in shelf was crooked and had them fix it. However the caulking job was very messy and inconsistent. It was smeared on surfaces that should not have caulk on it. A section along the ceiling was missed. They missed drilled the top support and you can see the exposed miss drilled holes. They didn?t even fill them. And they used black electrical tape on top of the sliding door glide to level the door properly. And there were several leaks around the glass wall . I had called the project manager a few times to try and discuss this and a few other issues and he never returned my call.

Nathan, Brandon and Joel worked in 97 degree heat to dismantle our old deck, and build our beautiful, sturdy TimberTech deck in only four days. Alex, Shannon and Ben designed a perfect solution for our space. What a team! We are absolutely delighted.

It was a pleasure working with Home Remodeling Pros! April created a design for our small kitchen that we didn’t even know was possible. Jason our project manager was amazing! He answered every question and concern we had even at 8pm at night. He was always available and willing to go above and beyond to make sure our kitchen was perfect. Leroy our lead installer and craftsman is the true professional! Leroy takes the upmost pride in his work and will stay until it’s right. He went above and beyond every single day. It was a true pleasure meeting Leroy and having him complete our project. I would recommend him everyday! Home Pros, it’s been a pleasure!
