"TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE PAUL ALSTON. We waiting months for him to start the work. He installed the wrong in-ground fencing instead of the correct deck material. He's been promising to fix it for months. Now can't find him. He gives us the run-around. He messed up our deck. Picked the wrong materials. Every time the wind blows my desk fencing falls apart. Now he ignores our calls/texts. He promised to fixed it for months now. We paid around $18,000 for a deck that falls apart when the wind blows."

"We chose Biilt because of their ratings and the fact that the company is veteran-led. In our first encounter, they listened well to our plans, were very pleasant and submitted a comprehensive bid. They were on-time, on budget and worked well with our plumbing supplier and our cabinet, counter and tile suppliers. Workers were courteous, clean and good at solving challenges in our 150-year-old home. We were happy with their support of our militaryveterans and have recommended them to friends. They even followed up a few months later to check on our satisfaction with their work."

"The project began mid-Sept 2024 and was never fully completed, even though it stretched into 2025. We worked with a designer on detailed plans, but the workers ignored them and followed only photos, causing major mistakes and rework. For example, they missed the pot filler in the coffee bar plans and had to reopen the wall for plumbing. Poor planning also left us with a smaller bathroom than before, despite our request for a larger one. They repeatedly ordered the wrong items and acted as if we wouldn?t notice when trying to install them. We had to inspect their painting because they left unfinished areas and paint runs. The ceiling fan was never installed?we had to do it ourselves. The project manager, who promised oversight, was rarely present. Combined with repeated errors and overcharging, it was a frustrating experience. Too many issues to list. I do not recommend this company."

"I cannot say enough about Hendrickson Construction. Chris and Danielle worked to restore our entire house after a storm had pulled the roof off. From floor to ceiling their attention to detail blew us away. They help with deciding things from colors to crown modeling. They worked within our budget and even worked with the insurance company to adjust our claim when damages were found that were unseen when the original claim was submited. Cost effective quality work from a trustworkthy company is hard to find these days but this company is the real deal when it it comes to their work. They treated our house as if it was their own. We recommend them for any job you may need done."

"I have used other contractors in the past this was my worst experience. I called to schedule an estimate and they were booked out 6 to 8 weeks as of March 10 I got an estimate date first week of June the Day of the estimate I received a call if they can reschedule next week they were busy which I agreed upon. The following week they came out took detailed information on what I needed done and stated they had to draw up an estimate and will get back to me. After the third week I started calling to see where the estimate was it took them three more weeks a total of six weeks to get me an estimate and then the estimate wasn’t of the whole project I wanted done. They missed several things so then I got the second estimate which I agreed upon and they stated they will call back with a date for repairs. Second mistake I waited another four weeks before they got back to me with a date on Monday and Tuesday the end of September. They arrived on Monday and Started some of the work I was a little concerned and called Dean Martin co owner and discussed my concerns the following day they did some adjustments and by the time I got there after a four hour meeting in the morning they were gone. Two workers no more than nine hours of work and they stated they will get back to me with someone to do the drywall patching. Granted this was Tuesday no one got in touch with me until the following Wednesday when they asked if they could come in that Thursday which I was out of town. This is incredibly frustrating they are not well-managed in the Their projects. Granted the flooring was nice but the patch work was disappointing for that price entire walls should be replaced not small sections. So now I had to go ahead and hire another contractor to finish the work and the New contractor got back to me the next day. Angie recommended Action Door they were expensive however I thought that came with their work ethics and quality of work which I am far from impressed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I just lost $4000 down payment incredible"
