Now he ignores our calls/texts. He promised to fixed it for months now. We paid around $18,000 for a deck that falls apart when the wind blows."

The ceiling fan was never installed?we had to do it ourselves. The project manager, who promised oversight, was rarely present. Combined with repeated errors and overcharging, it was a frustrating experience. Too many issues to list. I do not recommend this company."
