"I had used this company before for a kitchen counter installation. I was satisfied with the work and price. This time even though the technician know I wanted an electrical outlet put in, he came without any of the necessary parts. So, I paid for him to go to Home Depot to get the materials. This took an hour. I could have gone and gotten the materials myself had I known he wouldn't have what he needed. When you make the appointment, you are told you will have to pay for the time it takes the technician to get what he needs. But, I just assumed since he knew what I wanted done, that he would come with the parts."
