Performed repair and was informative

Dave and his daughter were so quick to respond to me and got the job done same day. Im new to hot tubs and they gave me a simple crash course on the chemicals as well as sending me links to some to get as well, very helpful! Would recommend them to anyone with hot tubs even if you didn't know how to take care of it like me. Thank You!!

He fixed my hot tub over the winter by swapping out the unit?s original electronic box with a third party replacement. It took 3 visits over 6 weeks for he and his high school age daughter to accomplish. He did not provide a written project estimate or parts receipt and made it clear he would not accept responsibility for problems incurred along the way. I had to contact him a few times to remind him that I was still waiting for him to complete the job. He was rude, unreliable, condescending, and untrustworthy. Sloppy workmanship replaced the control panel upside down with glue stains. I suspected I was overcharged on parts and labor costs and taken advantage of due to the weather.

Provider requested photos of the part and the project, which were provided. Provider assured me that he could do the work. He claimed that despite the phots, he needed to personally see the job. He subsequently arrived, asked me for the part to be replaced, took the part, and demanded payment of $225.00. I asked what was the payment for, since he did no work, he said that this payment would go toward the completion of the job. About 2 weeks later I called he to inquire about his progress, to which he subsequently replied that there was none. That same day I called the manufacturer of the part. The manufacturer directed me to an aftermarket dealer who sent me the part which arrived 2 days later. Honey Electric, 3 weeks after collecting my payment claims that they are still "researching". I no longer have faith in their sincerity. I would like them to return my part (jet nozzle) and to return $225.00 payment which they do not deserve.

He is a scammer that?s all I have to say just complete scammer- took new things from my hot tub pretty much kidnapped them cut the wires from my main panel- who does that - these 5 stars have to be bogus.

Dave from Honey Electric was a great person to get my hot tub up and running again fast!! Service was timely and efficient- thanks Dave!! Plan to keep him for future jobs!

Very happy that Dave and Sarah could come out so quickly and were able to diagnose the problem rapidly. They had the parts with them and had my hot tub up and running within the hour. Dave also had some helpful hints for me in the operation of my spa. I was very pleased with Daveâ s knowledge and professionalism.

oil change in generator. quoted me $225 to come out charged $535 for one hr oil change

Very quick service. Listened to me which made trouble shooting easier. Very pleasant, experienced and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Would definitely recommend them. Only problem was home advisor vs Angi was confusing. Seemed like 2 companies were contacting me

Dave and his daughter made our experience of replacing our motor on our 28yr old whirlpool tub an excellent experience . They were awesome with communication and getting the job done . They had our tub up and running in no time and saved us the stress of having to replace the tub . Thank you for time and helping us get the tub running again.

Dave is a professional. He was upfront with the cost of service and walked me through the new system he installed. I would recommend this family business.

He charged me $300 just to 'diagnose' what I had already told him was the problem (control board). After 'diagnosis', he refused to do the Jacuzzi-recommended repair (~$600), and would only be willing to do an $1800 replacement of the entire hot tub's sensor array. I wish I had read the other reviews on this site first, who mention the exact same thing. I'll be looking into a regular electrician, instead of this scam.

I've used Honey Electric for about 5 years now. Communication is good. They will always get back to you n service is spot on. They keep my hot tub running well n in good shape.

Every time I called or sent a message to David, he responded very quickly. What I really appreciated was the fact that i didnâ  t have to ever talk to an automated system. He and his daughter were professional and personable . They did a fantastic job and left everything very clean. I highly recommend this company.
