I had a problem room that had little insulation. Cold in the winter. Hot in the summer. No attic access. Energy services group was able to drill large holes in the ceiling & outside wall and spray in insulation. Then plug the holes and spackle. Replaced canister lights with led ones. They explained to my wife what they were going to do before it happened. Then said what they actually were able to accomplish. Great communication. Quick to schedule. Cleaned up after themselves. A quality company

I was upset that the workers although extremely nice and polite, were not wearing face masks until their supervisor came to collect the money, and I mentioned it to him. After that, they finished working with masks on. Also, there were 4 or 5 boxes in the attic which the previous owner had left. I said they can be taken down, as they were not mine. Well, 4 boxes were empty, and onl;y 1 box had some old plumbing parts-junk. But, I was charged $100 for taking down 1 boxwith junk in it, and 4 empty boxes. Did not think that was fair.

They insulated walls in two different bedrooms. They were fast, polite, and effective. The bedrooms are now much warmer!

I was over charged. they charged me to blow under the decking, and could not get insulation in there. but I had to pay for it anyway.

Energy Services Group was responsive to my request and scheduled the estimate and subsequent work in a timely manner. Nino and his team arrived when expected and were friendly, professional, careful with items and cleaned up so well you wouldn't have know they had sawed through walls and blown in insulation. We felt the impact immediately and I no longer need to run a space heater all day! There was a slight misunderstanding with our desire for a single access point (all entry points were left as future access points with a screw-on panel placed over them) but the issue was resolved within a week of our contacting them. Overall, a good experience.
