"Chris Inch and his co-worker, I think his name is Alex did an excellent job in repointing chimney, making masonry repairs on side of my duplex in city that required stucco repairs, caulking, repaired front porch steps. They just went the extra mile - rehung my exterior shutter and found a piece so that it could be rehung. Friendly yet very professional. They know what they are doing. I would not hesitate to hire them again. All A's except one B and that was because I got a quote back in November, and I responded with more questions but then I never heard back. Out of the blue, I get a call in January and they are ready to do my work. Very responsive once on the scene. But again, excellent job. I also think the price was very reasonable."

"Everything was done that was agreed on. The work done is outstanding. If there was a question, they asked me. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away. They even tilled the garden to get all the weed roots out, then added new topsoil. I love everything!"

"In preparation we moved everything in the basement away from the walls like they asked, although some of the shelves that I built could not be moved more than ~24 inches away from one of the walls. The next day the crew of three came over promptly at 8 AM. I told the crew leader about the shelves and he said that the space may be sufficient depending on the how far the footer underneath came in from the walls (as it turned out it was fine). They also moved the heavy concrete utility sink out of the way without damaging it. They crew hung plastic to partition the untouched sections of the basement and the rest of the house. I was told that the job was to take two days and it did. They cleaned up as best they could--vacuuming the stairs and didn't leave any debris or trash inside or out, although there was a light coating of dust on the everything in the basement which I expected. When they finished they walked me though the basement and everything looked great so I was glad to pay them as agreed in the contract. I am very pleased with the job, although I was slightly dissatisfied with the concrete pored over the drain because it wasn't always level with the existing floor and wasn't totally troweled smooth (I ended up floating the sections of the patch myself to level and get a better finish). Overall I think those are minor criticisms it was was a more than satisfactory experience."

Dan and his team repaired our foundation, installed a drainage system and pump, as well as a vapor barrier. Our basement has been dry and free of mold since. "I was having some issues with water coming into the basement through the foundation and walls during rainy weather. Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled!"
