"TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE PAUL ALSTON. We waiting months for him to start the work. He installed the wrong in-ground fencing instead of the correct deck material. He's been promising to fix it for months. Now can't find him. He gives us the run-around. He messed up our deck. Picked the wrong materials. Every time the wind blows my desk fencing falls apart. Now he ignores our calls/texts. He promised to fixed it for months now. We paid around $18,000 for a deck that falls apart when the wind blows."

Bob is an amazing person to work with as is his wife Laura. They made the process easy from planning & permitting, to choosing the right materials and layout. Everything went as expected. Bob went above and beyond to insure the job was completed on time as we had a specific timeframe that we needed the job to be completed. We would hire Bob again for another project in the future.
