Every once in a while a company comes along and goes the extra mile to make a customer just a little bit more satisfied. It's real easy doing it that way. Like it's more easy to be nice as it takes much more energy to be indifferent. They were just marvalous to work with and I must mention Dayne the tech who worked on my broken window and made it right. He was most professional, as good and as nice could be. We had a second window install from Garretty Glass and could not be more pleased. The first 2 installers were Alika and Scott. Thank you! You 2 were true professionals. Our our second project was also with Harvey windows a great product. The 2 installers were Alika and another guy. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. Again a big a thank you! Appreciate the help Patrick gave us too.

Very professional, straightforward, and clear on what information was needed to get pricing. After we approved Garrett to proceed with the window glass replacement, their installation tech did a great job. We didn't even need to touch up the paint, as he neatly caulked the stop molding edge and nail holes after reusing the same nail holes from the original. The polycarbonate replacement looks clean and clear in the large old window sash. Thank you!

They were prompt, on time and repaired the window.

I've dealt with Garrety Glass a few times. They get the job done. The quality of work is good but they can take a long time and have mixed up a few order of mine. Once it was with scheduling. Another time, they ordered a tempered glass when I just needed regular window glass cut to fit and installed. Another time, they sent the wrong quote. Bottom line: the workmanship is quality. Unfortunately, they will probably waste your time or money.

Got a glass enclosure for our shower area. Mike and Dennis arrived on time and went right to work. They did a great install and then took the time to go over proper maintenance. They also cleaned up the bathroom before they left.

Our experience with Garrety Glass has been excellent thus far. We were interested in a retractable awning and had contacted another dealer prior to calling Garrety Glass. The other dealer canceled our 1st appointment and then called the day of the 2nd appointment to cancel again. At that point, we knew we needed someone else that would be reliable. Our appointment with Garrety Glass was never canceled. Our sales person, Jordan Merrifield was excellent and came prepared with a Mini retractable awning along with different fabrics. We could see, touch, and feel the products. Our installation team consisted of Micah, Kyle, and Devin who were at our home at the stated time. They explained everything in detail and showed us how everything worked. They were simply excellent, professional, courteous, and thorough.

Black and Cole replaced our bathroom window. They did a wonderful job. It was completed in a matter of hours.

Good work

We liked that the sales rep measured for our patio shade and then they also send the installer out and to measure. The shade came relatively early and the guys who came out an installed were super professional and everything went smoothly.

Garrety Glass was overboard wonderful every step of the way, from planning to executing, always ready to go the extra mile to make things perfect and complete, even as I changed my mind along the way. They are super pleasant, each and every one of them, always on time, and they cleaned up wonderfully after each day. We absolutely love our sun room and it has become the gathering place for the family. It is worth every penny!
