First, I would like to say that we are happy with the bathrooms and kitchen renovation but the process was so unprofessional and
mishandled. Isaac Tritt the owner of Tritten Enterprises needs to learn a thing of two when it comes to business and being professional and take a class on how to communicate with his clients.

Our first mishap with the project started when Isaac could never showed up on time and always had an excuse as to why he is late or couldn't make it to work on the project. We went along with it until it was getting too frequent and we asked if he can stick with a time as starting a project at almost 11 and leaving at 3:00 is ridiculous. Communication was the biggest issue with Isaac, he does not know how to communicate with his client and if one of the pieces he is installing is broke he tried to cover it up instead of getting a replacement. During the basement shower and closet process Isaac was going to provide us with a closet with no flooring and no bar to hang clothes.. We approached him and he said he assumed we didn't need flooring and
stuff.. Are you kidding me? We asked for a clothes closet and you were going to leave it with just plywood and no bars to hang clothes?. He never approached us and said by the way do you need flooring in there he just assumed.

After he completed the basement bathroom and closet he started working on the main bath renovation and we started using the basement bathroom.. That same weekend on a Sunday we noticed poop all over the brand new
bathroom (Pictures to be followed). It appeared that the Up Flush toilet system he installed the clamped was not tight enough and came loose. We contacted Isaac and he promptly came but with a major attitude as if we caused the mess and disturbed his perfect weekend. He did what he can and fixed it and somewhat cleaned the poop and said that he will finish it up over the week. I guess he realized his attitude was s***** toward us after he left so he sent a text message apologized for his attitude, which we still have.

The following week we demanded a proper cleaning and request to ripped the flooring to clean up underneath but he and his designer Dana said there is a product they can buy and dump in there that will kill all the bacteria and stuff and that he just needs to replace the Lewon. Till this day we have no idea if the Lewon was ever replaced as when he came to finish the cleaned up he locked the bathroom door so we couldn't see what he was doing. That was our first major red flag with him and most of our friends said to fire him but we decided not to and gave him the chance to continue the job, big mistake on our part. We should have fired him and hired a new contractor after that incident.

When he started with the main bath and kitchen upstairs he barely communicated anything to us, him and his designer took it upon
themselves to just ordered stuff they assumed we would like without consulting with us first which we clearly asked before the project started to check with us before any big purchases are made. Reminding Isaac that he needs to communicate with us better create even more tension as he did not like the fact that we were speaking out. Every single big purchases Isaac and his designer
Dana did had issues, our bathtub soaker came in and you could clearly see that it was not sealed properly and if we weren't there inspecting it Isaac would have installed it without fixing or reporting the issue to us. We demanded something be done and he went to the hardware store and bought a spray adhesive to spray it with and his comment to us the company of the tub owes him money.. Shouldn't it be us the customer who pay for the product that money would be owed to? He is very self-centered and only thinks of himself.

He installed a very small round bowl toilet in the main bath which we believed he did to be smart instead of the elongated toilet we agreed upon, and thought we were not going to say anything. When we approached him about it his excused was the elongated toilet wouldn't fit because we picked a longer vanity and that he told us that he had to be a round bowl instead of the elongated. He never said such thing to us, we asked him if a round bowl means a baby toilet that no one in the house can fit on?. We demanded that he replaced the toilet with a proper size one and he did and when the vanity was installed the size of the toilet had no bearing on the space. There was no space issue whatsoever.

We were also getting the hardwood floor refinished and his subcontractor pretty much rushed the job and applied two coats of Poly back to back on the same day and guess what they had to re-sand because the floor was all messed up. We are not happy at all with the final outcome of the floor refinishing. Gaps between the floors weren't filled in until we brought it up which they did some after the floor was already sanded and Poly applied. This whole floor processed was another messed of is own.

His designer Dana company ordered our kitchen cabinets and delivered them to be installed as Template for the granite was set to be done the following day, guess what again? Isaac was getting ready to install the cabinets and we noticed the cabinets were not the color we picked. We requested white cabinets and all of them were brown and he was getting ready to install them until we said something. With the wrong cabinets being ordered and template was set for the following day, Isaac installed just the bottom pieces so that template can be done. We requested someone to do something to get the correct cabinets expedited and shipped. After a lot of phone calls a rush was put in for the right cabinets. During all of that not once does Isaac said guys I am sorry about all of this.. He was more concerned about his reputation and how that makes him look and wasted his time.

When the correct cabinets were delivered and installed upon inspection we noticed some that were scratched that Isaac tried to hide from us and we requested that they be replaced. When the granite company came to install the granite it would not fit as the template that was done was off, no surprises there as this was our luck with this project. The granite company apologized to us and again not a single apology from Isaac. He was walking around the house mad at the granite installer cursing and everything else. Again, he was more concerned about his time being wasted, as they had to reschedule for another day. My wife finally had it with him and blew up on him and asked him when he was going to start thinking and caring about us instead of himself. This was the icing on the cake and wish there was a video of it.

We can honestly say that we are happy with the final outcome of the kitchen and the bathrooms but not with the process and the lack of communication and unprofessionalism of Isaac at Tritten Enterprises. If we did not stay on top of him and demanded the mistakes be corrected we would not have been pleased with the final outcomes. At the end of the project he never asked if we were happy with everything and that if everything is as expected, there were some stuff that we demanded for him to come back and fix and there were some that we choose to live with (drywall imperfection, floor staining issue and feeling grainy under feet, bathroom faucet not installed properly) as we pretty much had it with him and were tired of dealing with him and his subs. We
even declining his 1-year workmanship warranty as we no longer wish to ever deal with T
