He communicates very well and keeps you informed of exactly what is happening and when he will arrive. He not only did the power washing of the deck, house and sidewalk, but also fixed the patio that was sinking in several areas. He saw that the piping under the patio was cut and replaced it. I am so happy with the job they have done. I am glad I found him. I have a lot more projects that I am anxious for him to complete."

You cannot tell how old either deck is. His craftsmanship is something to be admired. I have before and after photos to support my statement and admiration of William's work. "Crazy hard to schedule-no less than 10 emails back and forth. When finally scheduled both jobs were done as scheduled, except the leaf removal person showed up to clean my gutters! Both jobs were performed satisfactorily, but I feel the leaf removal should include blowing off the deck and actually REMOVING the leaves and not wanting to leave the bags for me. The person did remove them for me since I had had the scheduling issues...much appreciated.
The main reason I couldn't give them a better rating was due to the scheduling personnel.
