"Thank you for your kind words. Thank you for your business."
"Thank you for your review. We appreciate hearing both when we do well and where we can improve. We pride ourselves on our reputation built by great customer service and quality workmanship, the reason we have a high number of good reviews because we always stand behind our works. As you know most kitchens get seems because of the layout of the kitchen or the size of the stone etc. however we do have computer layout, and we did show you exactly computerized layout where the seems are going to be."
"Thank you for your A rating and business."

"Thank you very much for taking the time to write your thoughts. We always appreciate hearing from our customers both to know where we are doing well and where we can improve. We are glad to know that you are pleased with your countertop and look forward to working with you again should you have any future projects."
1. We should have put it on a credit card at least so that we could dispute this. They came out the first time and the manager tried to tell my husband there was nothing wrong but sent the installers back in an attempt to "fix" the seam. They came out and said, there was nothing they could do. We called back again. Despite calling for several days without a response we filed a complaint with the BBB. Once we had them involved they returned the call and sent someone out again to try to change the color of the 1/4 inch white line down a black granite counter. I won't even go into the seams behind the sink. The seam itself is not only thick, but not even close to the color of the counter. It's obviously chipped because the blade was dull. I posted pics on Houzz after being told by several contractors that this was completely unacceptable to make sure that we were not beign overly picky. We were told that this was one of the worst seams people have ever seen.
I can't even tell you how disgusted we are. Troy Granite's version of the truth is completely warped. Getting them to turn a phone call and come out was like pulling teeth. What got us the most was when they said they spent hours at our house and then called them to say how happy we were. Their days must seem really long because the "hours" they spent in reality were 20 minutes long - tops. I don't know who were talking to but it certainly was not us. If you look at the BBB site for them there are 4 complaints filed in the past few months. No, they never once called us to follow up.
Unfortunately we will have to take them to court to resolve this. We did not pay for the $1800 special. We paid almost $5000 for a breathtaking granite counter with visible lines from several feet away. I wanted a counter that says "wow". I sure got it. ..smh
"Truthfully, we are very surprised to read that this customer is not fully satisfied. The customer was unhappy with the seam. We advised them that replacing the piece would not be a good option as it poses a risk of breaking both pieces that are seamed together along with the high possibility that it will not match. We suggested that we should instead adjust the color of the epoxy in the seam and repolish the seam. After 1 attempt, the customer was still not satisfied, so we agreed to replace the piece if we could not get the seam to their satisfaction. We sent a team out with a new piece with the instructions to attempt to redress the current seam, and if it is not satisfactory that they were to replace the piece in question. After working several hours on the pieces redressing the seams, the customers were fully satisfied. They called the office to let us know that the countertops looked good and thanked us for following through. As far as they last communicated to us, the customers were fully satisfied with the countertops. This was the last that we heard of this issue until the customer responded on the BBB website that they wanted a partial refund. So again, we are surprised at this response. We pride ourselves on both our customer service and quality workmanship and we stand behind our work. We know that we are not perfect, and we admit to it when we make a mistake and then we make it right. We know that we won’t always do everything perfectly the first time, but we will always make sure that it is right in the end and that we do right by the customer."
"Thank you very much for your review. We do appreciate you taking the time to write your thoughts and we apologize that our response was not a quick one. The sales manager that you contacted was out sick when the issue occurred and so was unable to get back to you in a timely manner. As his absence was unexpected he did not have his messages forwarded to another associate. So, again, we are sorry for the delay but hope that you enjoy your new kitchen for many years to come. Thank you, Dan"
"We are happy to help. Thank you for your business."
"I would like to thank you for your kind words and business."
The sales staff was courteous and knowledgable, but never pushy as we made our selection over the course of several showroom visits. We were pleased that the templating process, which uses digital technology, did not require that our existing countertops be removed for measurement, so we were not left without the use of the kitchen.
The installation process went off without a hitch. The installation team arrived on time and were courteous and professional. They removed the old countertops, installed the new ones along with the sink and faucet, polished the countertops, cleaned up the kitchen, and then spent time explaining how to clean and care for the granite surfaces. I should also mention that the faucet we selected happened to be out of stock on the day of the install; as a replacement, Troy offered a selection of upgraded, more expensive models for us to choose from and installed our choice at no additional charge. The plumber, who arrived as the countertop installation neared completion, completed the job by connecting the sink and the faucet and installing a new garbage disposal.

"We, Troy Granite, appreciate all sincere feedback, whether it is from customers thanking us for their beautiful new kitchen or from a customer who is not 100% satisfied. Customers choose Troy Granite because we believe in quality workmanship and we stand behind our work, treating every kitchen as if it were our own. If any customer is not fully satisfied for any reason, we do our best to resolve any issue as soon as possible. This situation is a bit different. The customer was fully satisfied with the granite countertop and the work we did to install it; however, two months after the installation, the faucet handle broke. The customer claims that they did nothing unusual, nor were they overly rough with the faucet. We did not argue this point. While we have not had anyone else break the handle from the faucet, it is entirely possible that there was a problem with that particular faucet. Unfortunately, no matter how good a particular faucet or sink is, there will always be a few defective products. While we often provide sinks and/or faucets with granite countertops, those products are not warrantied through us; however, all sinks and faucets that we sell carry a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty. Just as when you purchase a faucet through Lowes, Home Depot or any other supply store, the faucet is warrantied by the manufacturer. As well, when you purchase a new home, the appliance warranties are not supplied by the builder, but the appliance manufacturers. If your new stove breaks after 3 months, it is the stove manufacturer that repairs or replaces it, not your home builder. If there is ever an issue with any product that we sell, we work with the customer and with the manufacturer on the customers’ behalf to ensure that they receive proper warranty service. Despite the faucet warranty being supplied by the manufacturer, we, Troy Granite offered to replace the broken faucet at no charge. We simply asked that the customer bring the broken faucet in and we would give them a new one. The customer said that he felt that we were responsible to connect the new faucet as well. When it was explained that to hook up the new faucet we would have to send, and therefore charge for, a plumber the customer said that was unacceptable and demanded that we hook up the new faucet at no charge. When we informed the customer that we could not do so, he became aggressive and said that he worked with realtors and that if we did not comply he would smear our reputation as much as possible until we did what he wanted. We reiterated to the customer that we were still willing to supply him with a new faucet and even sent an employee to his house to exchange faucets. Rather than supplying us with the broken faucet, the customer simply left a note instructing our employee to leave the new faucet at the front door. We did so, despite not receiving the damaged one in return. We pride ourselves in quality customer service and in going the extra mile to ensure our customers are fully satisfied. Unfortunately, for some customers, the extra mile is not enough. We regret that we are not able to fully please everyone, but we continue to do our best in all that we do knowing that quality craftsmanship and quality service speak for themselves."
"Thank you very much. Enjoy your new kitchen."

Two days after our order was placed, a team of two people came out to the house to measure the bathrooms, they were polite and arrived exactly on time for the appointment, they were in and out within 20 minutes and went over everything before they left to assure we were satisfied with their visit as well as moving to the next steps.
Next came install day. Again a team of 3 very polite men arrived and explained what they were doing and introduced themselves. They arrived exactly on time and called 30 minutes before arriving as a heads up. They worked quickly and very cleanly, we remarked how we didn't even need to touch up any paint in the bathrooms with them removing countertops and installing new ones. They did a phenomenal job and we were super impressed. Upon leaving they again went through a checklist to make sure everything went as planned and it did.
I would absolutely recommend Troy Granite with confidence. You cannot go wrong with them, and we look forward to doing our kitchen in the future with them. Keep up the great work and great customer service!
We had an issue with the leveling of our cabinets but the carpenter (subcontracted by Troy) stayed with it and got the cabinets leveled. It was a huge job - he spent more than 7 hours getting the cabinets leveled. The only issue was with the toe kicks - they were removed and not put back. The carpenter would not answer my numerous phone calls. I had to hire someone to put them in for me.
The granite installers were very, very understanding. They had to spend the day doing other jobs because we didn't have the cabinets leveled. But they were so kind and when it finally came time to install the granite, they were polite and very professional. They were at our house until 8:00 at nite! But they did a great job and we love the granite. Very happy.
The tile backsplash installers were absolutely wonderful. They were efficient and professional. The did excellent work and the backsplash looks exactly like we wanted it to. Very happy.
All in all, we had an extremely positive experience with Troy and will use them when we do our master bath renovations. Very satisfied - wonderful job.
"Hi, I am glad your experience was good with us. Enjoy your new kitchen. Let us know if we can be any more help to you."
