"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. "They diagnosed the problem over the phone, without even so much as taking a look at my bathroom. They showed up the next day, did something in the bathroom for about an hour and charged me $185. The leak hasn't been fixed. One of the plumbers also recored my living room without my consent or knowledge. That's a criminal violation of my privacy, and if there was any audio recorded, that bumps it up to a third degree felony. I only dicovered this because he decided to do it right in front of my Blink vide doorbell and got himself recorded doing it. "A Cut Above many other Contractors! We had needed brick pointing done on our home for a few years. We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was.
