Customer service 10 out of 10! Kept in touch all through the project. On time. Worked with me with many questions I had about the project. Minor issue with railing instability which cost me a little more to resolve, but was resolved within 1 day. Required typical down payment and didn't expect the rest until the job was completely done. See the before and after pictures! I literally called 4 other contractors, all who made promises then ghosted me!
