Job consisted of removing and repairing a large area of the ceiling that was water damaged, removing a 9' picture window and also repairing water damage around that, refinishing that with two smaller double-hung windows, refinishing it all inside and outside, and lastly converting a standard small doored closet into an open mudroom closet. He listened to my concerns and wrote a report and recommended an indoor french drain installation based on his professional judgment of the situation.
I received the report with a schematic of my basement and his assessment as a pdf on email. He included a detailed estimate for the work proposed.
I feel that I got a report and an hour of evaluation for $49 and it is fair.
