"Outstanding: Josh was everything one could want in a floor care professional. Not only did he clean 15 years of grunge off our kitchen and morning room Italian tile floors, he matched epoxy filler for cracks from settling and also damage from falling pot lids that scored the tile. He advised us against replacing the scored tiles-to be done only as a last resort-- and recommended a professional microfiber mop to pull out the dirt from the pores/crevices. Josh is personable and fairly priced. We would definitely use him again and recommend him and his work. He has the Masters Touch!"

There is a 3% charge up for credit card use that I wasn’t aware of until I had to pay. Also unable to walk on floors for a few days longer than expected (this was my first experience with refinishing floors), so our move is slightly delayed now. Regardless, due to their quality of work, would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone! My floors look beautiful and I’m very satisfied with the way they turned out!"
