"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

Excavating next to your home and opening up your foundation wall is a big deal that's why we insist on gettting permits so you can be assured that the job is done right. We have specialized equipment to do the job with the minimal amount of interuption to your home - engineered headers, special saws to reduce dust and yard mats to protect your yard. All part of the benefit of using a company that specializes in one thing.

When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."
