You can also see the varying overhangs and the wide insert of additional concrete at the top of the hearthstone on either side to account for the additional space due to miscalculation. I have had numerous conversations with Katie who talks over me telling me this was done to code. She promised me twice last week that her manager would call me and I have not heard from anyone. "Ladio and his team created a cement patio under our elevated deck and then installed flagstone slate over top. They created a beautiful living space where there was just dirt. They also put flagstone inside the sliding door in our downstairs great room. They did a beautiful job. Better than I could have imagined. They were prompt and finished the job in good time, cleaning everything up once they we finished."

Charged me $276. One week later same problem returned. Same tech came out and said the problem was that the batteries in my remote were bad! Changed batteries and said problem was solved. Charged me another $276. Four days later, same problem returned. Called Steve Mazzocca, the owner who proceeded to yell at me and berated me because I complained that the problem was still not fixed. Very bad customer service."
