"From the beginning talking with Chris to the end the process was amazing. Carlos Frank and Brenden arrived on time, removed and cleaned the all the registers, and of course the air ducts. A problem arose that was not caused by them, but the AC had an issue and they stayed as long as it took to resolve it. Paul was a huge help during this and even followed up in the evening. Phone calls were returned promptly, questions answered without hesitation and problems resolved! I haven't seen this from any company in ages."

"We were so happy to have Sullivan Super Service (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling) come today to repair our central air conditioning unit and to service our HVAC system. Sullivan's technician, Bob Anderson, was polite, professional and experienced. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and counsel. Our AC has been out for a few days in a current hot spell, and Sullivan was the only company that contacted us. They proved the old saying that in winning, half of the battle is just in showing up and being there. We were not Sullivan customers before, but we are now! Sullivan's service was SUPER!"

"Wahl was able to provide same-day service on my furnace that had shut off in the midst of our first snowfall this year. Within 2 hours of arriving, they diagnosed and fixed the issue. They recommended replacement options in the next year, but weren't pushy about me spending that type of money now, which I appreciate. I'd recommend their expert, timely team to anyone!"

"OK, I had Tom from 412 Martin electricians come out to fix my air conditioner. They did a fantastic job. He was very honest and upfront with me and did not try to upsell me. He also noticed my main breaker was aged deteriorated and did me a favor and Change that as well while he was here at Bargin!"
