Terrible experience. He went ahead with work before I authorized it and did not know what he was doing. He failed to properly correct a defective humidifier system and wanted to change a filtering system that just needed a replacement filter without repairs. He failed to clean the furnace which was also required.

Tony has always responded right away and can usually come the same day. He was a Godsend on those two holidays, Christmas Eve night and Thanksgiving morning, when we had no heat. He looked at our home's layout and told us where we should put our carbon monoxide detectors. His assistant showed me how to clear the condensation tube in the furnace (not sure what it's really called, but it collects moisture & shuts down the furnace as a safety precaution when too much water builds up). Annual furnace clean, safety check and humidifier filter change November '07 was $69.60.
