Small jobs welcome

"Josh and his team have been nothing short of professional and reliable. I recently purchased a townhouse and needed some work done prior to moving- he and his team did an excellent paint job, cleaned up after they finished, replaced my kitchen backsplash and they also added new glass panels to my main bathroom. 10/10 recommend."

"When I needed a new wood shingle roof on our 1970s Pocono Mountain A Frame Chalet I turned to OMR. My project requires a different level of skill and craftsmanship.and OMR dispatched their A-Team of professionals. They provided constant communication on the project and completed the project ahead of time with high quality work. I highly recommend OMR Construction Services. "I had an excellent experience with Lewis Painting. They were extremely reliable, worked very hard and did an amazing job! They made sure that everything was done completely to my satisfaction and were totally professional throughout the entire process, from the initial visit and estimate through to the completion of the job. Their prices are extremely reasonable and fair. I am so very happy with their work. My deck and front porch look just beautiful! I highly recommend Lewis Painting and will definitely hire them again in the future."

"The first couple of weeks were fine, then they did not show. I called to ask why and I was told they had done a drive by and "they" felt the lawn did not need cutting. It was a holiday week end and I wanted the cut, that was why I hired them. I did not appreciate them making my decidsion for me. When I asked why they didn't at least come to door to let me know what they were doing, I was told they were too busy. I told them their service was no longer needed."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.

Sandblasting removes old paint, rust, and grime efficiently, providing a clean surface for refinishing.

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.

Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.

The cost of sandblasting depends on the scope of the project, the surface type, labor, and equipment required. Services typically cost between $50 and $80 per hour, though most professionals charge by surface area at a rate of $1.50 to $7 per square foot. Total project costs can range from $700 to $12,500, with an average homeowner spending around $3,200 to sandblast a 1,000-square-foot surface.
